The Calgary Mavericks are associated with the Calgary Midget Football Assoc, Calgary Bantam Football Assoc & Calgary and Area Pee Wee Football and Atom Football.
Why become a Maverick?
We have a volunteer coaching staff second to none in Alberta for developing and coaching. Some of our coaches are former players themselves from University, College, CFL and NFL. We strive on not only teaching these players how to work better as a team but how to become better football players.

. The Maverick program is open to all types of players.
The different levels of Mavericks Football
There are currently four different levels of football in the Calgary which are Atom, Peewee, Bantam and Midget. The Atoms range from 8-10 years of age. The Pee Wee players range from ages 10-12. The Bantam players are from 13 to 15 years of age (Grade 7 through 9). Finally our Midget players are range from ages 15-18.

Our home practice facility is located at Edgemont Community, 6911 Edgemont Dr NW. This is located near the corner of John Laurie Blvd and 53rd street NW. |
